The officers and Board of Directors of the Estate Planning Council of Delaware welcome all of you to another year of outstanding speakers and events.  Once again, we offer a great forum for education as well as networking with colleagues in the estate planning profession.  Our membership includes a diverse representation of the profession, including attorneys, trust officers, CPA’s, and life underwriters.  The membership of the the Council has continued to grow over the last several years which has given us the ability to attract speakers of national recognition.  Through our association with the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils (NAEPC) the members of this Council have access to many benefits and tools, including Leimberg Information Services.  All of the benefits are listed on this website – you might want to take some time to explore what benefits are available.

As always, the state of estate planning remains in constant flux and uncertainty.  The 2011-2012 Board of Directors, and especially Vice President and Program Chair Mary Hopkins, have worked hard to put together an interesting and diverse group of speakers and topics to help all of us try to make the best estate planning decisions for our clients. The dates and topics are listed on the website.

For current members, the annual renewal letter will be mailed in late August.  For those who are not members, we would love to have you join – please check out the application form on the website.
